Beginner Pole Dance
Sacred Pole Dance is a safe place to bring your sensual side out to play. Even if you fear your sensuous side has gone incognito or prefers to be tamed in private quarters, we’ll get those hips rolling the way nature intended. In this fun class, you will learn the spins, struts, floor work, transitions, and attitude to get you comfortable on the pole. Body Bou Saf Core Isolations Class with Live Percussion
Going deep into the core of the anatomy, this class will flow through meticulous isolations and reach the core to move the body with strength and grace. Working honestly with the body, mind, and spirit for true growth, presence, and preservation this class is designed for anyone willing. Fu Rhythm Fitness
A total body and mind synergistic workout, which combines the effectiveness of muscle confusion, classical authentic kung Fu, and African dance with original dance music of FU-Afrobeat.
Kung Fu:
Develop adroitness or skills equally on the right and left.

- In Confidence and Courage.
- Become Fluid, Powerful and Swift like water.
African Dance:
3rd elements featured in the program are a basic ‘spirit dance” steps from Edo and Yoruba tribes of Nigeria.

IntenSati
First and foremost the practice is a kick ass, high energy, ridiculously FUN, cardio class that mashes up simple choreography with martial arts, yoga, dance AND strength conditioning. What makes this class truly revolutionary is that we say, out loud, positive spoken affirmations along with our movement. This takes the experience to another level – both physical and mental. ‘Inten’ stands for intention. ‘Sati’ means mindfulness. The class is designed not just to give you a workout, but to help us bring mindfulness to the power of positive thinking. Intermediate Pole Dance
In this class, we take it up a notch in difficulty, introducing more complex spins, climbing, and basic inversions. More challenging tricks will be supported by a deeper focus on flexibility, strength, and alignment. You’ll continue to investigate how to really claim this movement as your own. 18+ For women only. Jump!
Jump! is a fun high-cardio workout done on mini-trampolines. It improves balance and coordination while at the same time strengthening the core. Enjoy the freedom and play of jumping like a kid, while at the same time getting a serious workout. Our trampolines support up to 250 lbs. As a result of this class you will feel energized!
Qoya
Qoya is a shift in consciousness through movement that evolves the way we have been taught to move our bodies as women. Drawn from the wisdom of yoga, creative expression in dance, and the pleasure found in sensual movement, Qoya helps women enjoy and revel in their feminine bodies. Qoya classes combine the traditional benefits of fitness — including strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility training — with a unique empowering approach that is feminine, expressive, and most importantly, fun. Sensual Dance
Inside every woman is a sensual dancer. In Sensual Dance, through breath, exercises, and guided meditation, you will learn to unleash yours. Through simple choreography, guided movement and free dance, you will learn how to dance all of your emotions into wondrous works of art. Even your dark, shadow or hidden parts will find beautiful expression through soft, controlled sensual movement.
